The case is released​ BrightFuture LLP vs. Republic of Teadala In this year’s problem, we will touch on one of the most recently discussed topics in ISDS: whether sanctions may constitute breaches of investment treaty protections and what jurisdictional challenges the parties may encounter in bringing sanctions-related claims before international investment tribunals.
